Wheelchair and aisle-chair assistance at Denver International Airport.
We get your passengers with reduced mobility from the curb to their seat, and from the aircraft door to baggage claim, safely and on time.
Services for airlines
Every service follows DOT requirements under 14 CFR Part 382 and your airline's own procedures.
- Departures
- Escort from the curb, ticket counter or check-in, through TSA screening, to the gate and the aircraft door.
- Arrivals
- Meet passengers at the aircraft door and escort them to baggage claim, ground transportation or a connecting gate.
- Aisle-chair transfers
- Onboard boarding and deplaning for passengers who cannot walk to or from their seat, with two trained agents per transfer.
- Irregular operations
- Staffing built around your published schedule, with coverage that adjusts for delays, swaps and diversions.
- Trained, badged agents
- Every agent is trained in Part 382, safe transfer technique, disability awareness and DEN terminal rules, with SIDA badging as required.
- Clear reporting
- Weekly passenger logs by flight, and same-day notice to your station manager of any complaint, injury or service failure.
Why GateSide Mobility
- Focused on regional carriers. We work with a small number of airlines at DEN, so your station gets direct attention instead of being one account among dozens.
- Locally owned. We are based in Denver. When something needs fixing, you talk to the owner.
- We know the operation. Our team understands DEN's regional gate operations, schedules and passenger flow.
- Ready to step in. We can transition service as an existing provider exits, without a gap in coverage for your passengers.
About us
GateSide Mobility is a Denver company built to do one thing well: help passengers with reduced mobility travel through DEN with dignity and without stress.
We were founded by Brandon Miller, a Colorado native with hands-on experience in airline gate operations at DEN. That background shapes how we work: we plan around flight schedules, communicate with gate teams in real time, and treat every passenger the way we would want our own family treated.
